The beach at Whitehaven is an absolute icon of the Whitsundays. Its beauty attracts thousands of tourists each year. The sand here is snow-white, pure and soft, and the crystal clear idyllic deep turquoise waters are breathtaking thanks to the limestone shelf that runs from Whitehaven Beach out into the sea.
